Defrosting/Handling Tips
Defrost under refrigeration: Covered
Best when portioned frozen with a double-handled knife. Once portioned slices should be immediately plated or returned to the freezer.
Slices will take 5 hours to defrost under refrigeration and 1 hour at room temperature.
